Kevin Murphy

(President)

Kevin Murphy is an Engagement Manager in Sun Microsystem’s Professional Services Organization. He has been engaged in several IT infrastructure implementations for the Communications Market Area. He has more than 20 years of experience in providing Information Technology and Integration services to government and Fortune 500 organizations. His experience includes analyzing and implementing networks, large Enterprise Resource Planning applications and system designs, IT architectures, and imaging workflow systems.

Prior to joining Sun, he was a Director at Logictier, where he was responsible for developing, managing and delivering IT services for various market sectors. Other positions he has held includes Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP

Mr. Murphy has a MBA in Information Technology & Operations Technology and a B.A. in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology

Julie Murphy, M.D
(Vice President)

Julie Jackson-Murphy, MD is a resident physician in the department of Internal Medicine at the Emory University school of Medicine. She is a graduate of the School of Medicine of the University of Virginia and holds an M.A. in Economics from the George Mason University, as well as a B.A. in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Prior to entering the field of medicine she spent more than ten years as an underwriter and Human Resources manager in the commercial insurance industry.

Gloria Jackson
(Chief Finance Officer/Secretary)

Gloria Jackson is the owner of Michael Gary Furniture, which designs, manufactures and sells high end residential and contract furniture to interiors designers and architects nationally.

Gloria has over twenty five years experience in finance, administrative and human resource management in the manufacturing industry. Her experience and knowledge in these disciplines involved developing strategic systems that provided the required checks and balances for productivity and effective monitoring. In addition, she has been involved in M&A of retail companies and acting operations officer.

Lawrence Evans
(Director of Operations)

Lawrence Evans III, Ph.D., M.P.H., is a Senior Scientist at the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and has served as the liaison to USP expert committees dedicated to the development of public standards for dietary supplements and oncologic, dermatologic and ophthalmic drugs. Prior to USP, he was a Chemist with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in Washington, D.C where he received numerous awards. He completed doctoral training in Chemistry at Georgia State University and was awarded a National Research Council Research Associateship Award to complete a post-doctoral fellowship at the United States Naval Research Laboratory. He also holds a M.P.H. from the Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health and a B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana.

Teresa Zeigler
(Director)

Teresa Zeigler L.Ac. is a NCCAOM board certified licensed acupuncturist, and Chinese Herbalist. She holds a dual masters degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine, and Chinese Herbology, from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She has had advanced training and certification in the treatment of digestive disorders, Gynecological disorders and Tui Nai Chinese Massage. Teresa has also done extensive study in Japan and at the Beijing International Acupuncture Training Center, Beijing China to further her knowledge of Oriental Medicine.

Teresa is a member of Acupuncture Without Borders (AWB) a disaster relief team and in December 2005 she traveled to New Orleans to work with evacuees of hurricane Katrina.
